If you would like to look at the contact details we hold about you please do not hesitate to contact us. We will update, amend or delete your records as necessary. We can provide you with a readable copy of the personal information which we keep about you within 30 working days, however we will require proof of your identity and any such request for personal information must be received by us in writing to enable us to help prove your identity. We never pass, disclose or sell our customers' personal details to any marketing companies.

This Website contains links to other websites. Atelier Maison Ltd is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such sites. However our links are provided as useful and enjoyable tools for your website enhancement experience.

4. Ordering
Simply follow the online instructions. Once you have placed your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement providing you with a reference number and the total value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card.

Orders are accepted at Atelier Maison's sole discretion. If the credit card details you have given us is subsequently unauthorised we will inform you.

You will be sent a VAT invoice together with the Goods ordered. If you are sending a gift, the invoice will be sent separately to the card holder's address. We offer a free gift wrapping service. Please ask us about this.

5. Description of our products
We will always take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct, but please bear in mind that colours may vary slightly, and because many of our products are handmade there may be slight variations in finish.

We will not be liable for any errors or omissions on any page of this Website or in any sales brochure/catalogues, invoice or other document.

We reserve the right to change the prices set out on this Website at any time. If the price of the goods changes between the date you place your order and the date the order is dispatched, we will let you know and ask you to confirm by e-mail that the new price is acceptable. You will have the option of cancelling the order.

6. Payment
By providing us with details of the payment card and submitting the order you also:

·     Confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours.

·     Authorise us to deduct from the payment card account the full price of the   Goods and all other payments that may become due to us under the contract.

All credit/debit cardholders are of course subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we cannot be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of Goods.

The deduction of any monies from your account/card does not mean that a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject your order, we will credit your payment card with the amount previously deducted, or send you an Atelier Maison Ltd cheque to that value.  All of our customers payments are processed through secure PayPal.

7. Delivery Policy

Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address for delivery you provide on the order form. It is important that this address is accurate and that we have a contact telephone number for you.  Parcels may require a signature on delivery. Please be exacting about where you would like the Goods left if you are out when we deliver. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to the Goods once they have been delivered. If you would like to send Goods as a gift to someone, please indicate this on your order. Clearly state the Address to which the Goods are to be delivered. We provide a free gift wrapping service - please just ask.

Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Atelier Maison does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

Please address any cancellation or complaints to the correct address of Atelier Maison Ltd If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you. We pride ourselves on the level of our Customer Care.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that you may cancel this contract if you give us notice by telephone or email within 10 working days, from receiving the Goods.

Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us.  If your order has not yet been dispatched you will receive a full refund.   If your order has already been dispatched, please use the Returns Label inside and post the Goods to us.  We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage and use recorded/registered delivery.  You will receive a full refund upon us receiving the Goods, but we cannot be liable for your Return Postage costs.  Please contact us if you requre advice or any further information.  We pride ourselves on the level of Service Excellence we offer our Customers.

By whatever method you have paid for your Goods, we will also refund you by that method.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
